These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Coreline Operations ("Coreline," "we," "us") at corelinefield.com and any related communications, quotes, or services. By accessing the site or engaging Coreline, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Coreline provides mobile field services and after-hours logistics to business clients in Nebraska and surrounding regions. Specific scope, pricing, and timing for any engagement are confirmed in a separate work order, quote, or service agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Business Use

The site and our services are intended for business-to-business use. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. No Warranty on Availability

The site and any online tools are provided "as is" and "as available." Coreline does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the site, and does not guarantee continuous availability of dispatch, response times, or any specific outcome unless expressly set forth in a signed agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreline and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services. Coreline's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability under a separate signed service agreement is governed by that agreement.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coreline from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Coreline or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
